Terms of Service

PLAIN is a clothing label selling round-neck t-shirts, hoodies and pants directly to customers in India. PLAIN is a working name and is subject to change; any change of name will not affect orders already placed or the obligations we owe you under these terms.

Adding an item to your bag is not a reservation. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email or on the order confirmation screen. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or resale activity. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partner; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our systems.

Estimated delivery windows are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the item value less any shipping already incurred.

Garments are made in small runs from natural fibres. Colour on screen may vary slightly from the fabric in hand, and measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance. Such variation is not a defect.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may not copy our photography, product text or site design for commercial use, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or use automated tools to scrape stock or pricing data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the seller's registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
