PLAIN started with a simple complaint: basics are either cheap and disposable, or good and overpriced. We make the middle ground — round-neck tees, loopback hoodies and cotton pants in small runs, from fabric we would wear ourselves.
No logos, no seasonal drops, no artificial scarcity. Each piece is cut to be worn often and washed hard, and priced so that replacing it in a year doesn't hurt.
Fabric first
We work with a small set of knitted and woven fabrics — combed cotton jersey for tees, brushed loopback fleece for hoodies, and a midweight cotton twill for pants. Every run is pre-shrunk and tested for colourfastness before it is cut.
Small runs
We produce in limited quantities and restock based on what actually sells. That means less waste, and occasionally a size being out of stock while the next run is made.
