Privacy Policy
We ask for as little information as an order needs, keep it only as long as we must, and never sell it. This page sets out exactly what we hold and why.

1. What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number. When you order we store your delivery address, order contents, order value and payment status. Our systems also log basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
2. Payment information
Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered with our payment partner and are processed by them. PLAIN receives only a payment reference and the result of the transaction. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
3. Why we use it
To take and fulfil your order, to handle returns and refunds, to answer your messages, to prevent fraud, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. If you opt in to our email list we also use your address to send occasional notes about new releases; you can unsubscribe from any of them.
4. Who we share it with
Only with parties who need it to deliver the service: our payment processor, our delivery partners, and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or a valid order of a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by applicable tax law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account, after which we retain only what the law requires.
6. Security
Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, transmitted over encrypted connections, and readable only by the staff accounts that need it for their role. No system is perfect, but we tell affected customers promptly if a breach materially affects their data.
7. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Most of it is available directly in your account area. Write to us for anything else and we will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember the contents of your bag. Blocking them in your browser will stop checkout from working correctly.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
